These tools are funded by the same grants that fund the Kāhui Anamata platform. capability grants from Creative NZ, Ngā Puanga Pūtaiao, Skinner Fund, JR McKenzie Trust, and the like. The platform's research artefacts (the OPP-06 methodology papers. CARE operationalisation, cultural review as a database-enforced state machine, both-party koha attestation) are citable and feed back into the tools. Each tool is also an evidence surface for the application that funded it: Tindall + JR McKenzie + HRC Māori Advancement can all link to the live /tools/care-auditor as the primary asset.
