The kaitiaki rōpū holds cultural authority for the kāhui. They review releases, approve iwi-gate decisions, and shape the platform's cultural posture.
The chair is appointed by the four branch leads in consultation with iwi partners. Until seated, governance review is delegated to the super_admin.
Each of the four branches has a lead who runs day-to-day operations and represents the branch on the kaitiaki rōpū.
